Work duties:
• To respect order and discipline at the workplace,
• To respect the work schedule and to fulfill the duties provided in this sheet, to respect and fulfill the decisions, dispositions, written or verbal instructions sent by the management, including through the delegation of competence;
• To use working time fully and with maximum efficiency for the fulfillment of work duties;
• To comply with the established work norms and quality prescriptions;
• To comply with the rules of labor protection, environmental protection, as well as those regarding the use of protective equipment.
• To wear the work equipment and the badge during working hours.
• To comply with fire prevention regulations.
• To immediately inform the site manager/hierarchical superior about the existence of irregularities, deviations, difficulties or shortages in the supply of the workplace, in the maintenance of the tools, machines, equipment or installations with which he works, to propose remedial measures and to prevent some such situations.
• To respect the rules of access to workplaces where entry is allowed only under certain conditions.
• To behave correctly in work relationships, to promote collaborative collegial relationships, to ensure a climate of
discipline.
• To maintain daily order and cleanliness at the workplace, in the access spaces and sanitary groups, including the daily emptying of bins with household waste or paper.
• Not to use the technical‐material and informational base, working time and services of the company in personal interest or outside the company.
• To announce his illness to the site manager/hierarchical superior from the first day, and if the illness occurred in another locality, to communicate on the same day.
• To comply with the legal provisions regarding the preservation of professional and company secrecy, regarding data, documents or information that are not intended for publicity.
• Not to carry out and not to favor activities that generate unfair competition, acts or facts that, according to Law 11/91, are contrary to good faith and honest usage.
• Performs maintenance and repair works, consisting of: interior and exterior painting and plastering, painting walls, masonry and plastering, finishing building elements.• To paint and prepare different types of
colors and painting,
• To paint with the stencil or to use stencils,
• To do decorative painting works,
• To ensure the installation of the resistance structure of the dry cladding
• Performs works assigned by the site manager/hierarchical superior
• Apply and respect the technical execution procedures
• He is responsible for the rational use of the materials he works with
• Prepares the raw material for painting and painting, as well as the area that needs to be
painted.
• Promptly informs about damage/breakdown of work equipment. It carries out its activity responsibly, according
to professional regulations and the requirements of the position, it constantly
follows the observance of the quality parameters imposed by the specific work procedures or by the technological instructions,
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the space (apartment) in which he is staying,
as well as for its degradation and deterioration.
• Will use the apartment in which he lives in good conditions, without causing damage or deterioration.
• He is responsible for the partial or total destruction of the apartment he lives in, if this is due to his fault,
• Respect the scheduling of vacations.
• He has the obligation to report to work in full working capacity.
• He has the obligation to announce if he uses drugs that could affect the ability to work,
• He is responsible for the quality of the works he performs.
• Reports all quality deficiencies and their causes.
• He is directly responsible for the errors committed regarding the fulfillment of service tasks on time, which leads to financial losses and greater consumption of materials.
• After performing the work, notify the hierarchical boss for its reception.
• It is forbidden to leave the workplace without the approval of the superior.
• It is forbidden to remove tools, tools and materials from the premises of the unit where they work.
• Performs regular medical check‐ups according to the rules in force.

• In the winter season, participate in snow removal by acting to clear the main access roads (cars, pedestrian sidewalks, warehouses, workshops).

• Performs other tasks according to the needs of the service, according to training and position, which fall within the legal provisions, established by the hierarchical boss.
• Performs any other tasks assigned to him by his superior.
